help please

I have a female red swordtail (or somethig like that its orange like platy except that it has the tail like a sword (a live barrer)) and she has a big hill like figure on the side like a bumb and it just wont go I tried with medications I have and they dont work...

To help you more we need to know some details

what are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte, ph etc)
what size is the tank and what arethe stocking levels like.
what have you treated with and for how long.
are there any other symptoms, anything that is not the normal behaviour.

I am sorry to report that I lost her while she had babies babies are ok and no other fish are harmed and this thing got away when she gave birth...

Sorry for your loss, i would recommend some daily water changes on the tank, plus keep a close eye on the remaining fish, good luck.
