Help! New Tank. Now What?

Ok, I'm sure you heard this before, but couldnt find it so...
I bought a 25 gallon tank. Comes with filter and light. Now I've been reading that I have to do a fishless cycle. How do I do that? What do I need to do it?

I can't do all that fancy stuff with making a word link, but this has a caculator on it for ammonia at the bottom. Make sure you change 5ppm to 3ppm as that is what what we reccomend right now
