Help My Fish Is Acting Wierd

One of my female guppies is having problems swiming. Shes in a 20 gallon tank with only females, we think shes giving birth to fry because we keep finding them, but it may be one of the other moms. She is swiming head down. Her gills are all fluffed out and she seems in distress. Could this be problems with birth or somthing like swim bladder. I am going to post a picture of her on here. See what you guys think. She is in a hospital tank right now.

I'm not familiar with guppies. Are their scales always stuck out like that. On the bottom, it looks like dropsy.

Is she bloated or pooing or eating, how long has the tank been set up, water stats? Anything that might have caused an ammonia or nitrite spike or a pH fluctuation? Have you been feeding any live food? Her scales look stuck out in the picture, are they?

Looks like dropsy to me! Post in the emergency section to get help fast! Dropsy is fatal fast!

If it's dropsy there's no helping her sorry, they're pretty much fargone after the scales stick out.

The scales are doing that in real life. she gets frozen shrimp and some live baby brine shrimp that slips out the babys breeder. I have checked the water and its completly normal. She hasnt been pooping or eating. K i am going to check out that post he was talking about.

a day and yeah she is lethargic. I found a cure online i am going to the store to get it now. I hope it works but dropsy is so lethal idk wish me luck thanks to everyone for replying so fast. I wanted to make sure of what it was for sure.
