Help My Angel Fish Has A Growth

My year old angel fish has developed a growth beside its front gills, this has just appeared over night. he appears well in all other ways and is eating normally.

It looks like a cyst or something and is raised from the skin, I have taken photos to let you see, any help or advice would be appreciated.

However I can't upload the pics as the files seems to be to big for me to post.

A picture would really help someone diagnose your fishes problem. If you go to http/imageshack.us/ and upload it there you can adjust it to a smaller size so the board will accept it .
