Help! Male Angel With Red Bulge On His Head?

Here is my male angel/ I need help asap because this was taken last night and its worse this morning! By the way he is swimming I dont think that he is going to make it. I have treated him with Melafix, Aquarium salt, anf fungus clear. Please help!!

Does it look like it's just a bumb like a 'bruise' or does it look like it's something very serious--open wound? Doesn't look like it's "Red Pest" disease though... Maybe it's a tumor?? I'm not expert.

It does look more like something internal, a bleed or a tumor or something like it. Poor little guy! Is he behaving normally?

Yeah, never seen anything like it either. It DOES look like a tumor to me too.
Are there any other fish in the tank with him? If so, please list the fish kept with your angel.
