Help, Fish Keep Dying

help every new fish i've gotten has died whats going on water tests are fine and fish are free from apparent illness i have a led 10 gallon glofish tank

When you say water tests are fine, what are the actual levels? My idea of "fine" might be different to yours.
 
What temperature is your water?
 
What species of Glofish(R) do you have - Danio, Barb, Tetra?

Are you using a liquid test kit or strips? What is your water change schedule like? How long has the tank been set up?  Did you cycle it? If so, how? Are the fish showing any symptoms before death?

How long has your tank been running?  What process did you use to cycle your tank?
