Heavily Pregnant Guppy Looking Unwell

We have a couple of heavily pregnant guppies, seem to be showing all the signs of being very close, so both were placed in a birthing tank yesterday.

Unfortunately today on of them isnt looking too great. I have placed her back in the main tank, but she seems to be gasping a bit, when she is at the surface she is almost vertical with mouth out the water, when she is resting on the floor she pretty much ends up on her side, and when swimming she looks awkward and gets easily swept away with the water flow from the filter.

Any ideas?

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

If the filter blowing the fish turn it down abit.
Fry can lean against the swim bladder, making them wobble.

How is the fish now?
