Have I Contaminated My Tank?

Hello all

I'm about a week into fishless cycling my new tank and yesterday I seem to have developed quite a few bubbles. I washed everything thoroughly before putting them in the tank but my filter seems to be making quite a few bubbles, it looks like someone's dumped a load of washing up liquid in there and it's a teeny bit cloudy, the filter isn't turned up high although the outflow is currently above water level. I've added the usual bacteria, chlorine treatments and ammonia....

Is this supposed to do this or have I somehow managed to get a contaminant in there.

i had that very resently well sounds similar bubbles,so many bubbles
and was fine after i raised the level of water so the drop is less
