Has Anyone Ever Kept These?

I'd assume care would be like any other similar species- species tank is best, soft acidic water, lots of plants.

I haven't kept this species, but from other reports on this forum, it seems to be a much more demanding and less hardy species than the more common gouramis. They are also shy, and should not be kept with other gouramis as then you will never get to see them.

Doubt you'd find them anyway. I've never seen any for sale.

they have them for sale at outsideinside aquatics in haddington
