has any one got one ? if so how can i make a tank jsut for this fish is it possibly

I had a syno eur, there is one thing I have to say... If you have decorations and any type of real or fake plants you will probally never see him. He/she is nocturnal.

Not strictly true StarOrbs. If you have a plenty big enough tank they should come out more than alot of species of Syno. I have read reports of Euruptus swimming around alot during the day.

If you want a tank for Syno. Euruprus, make sure you have nice big boulders or bits of slate, alternatively bogwood for them to hide in. If you have a big tank get a nice small group of them and they will be at their best.

Remember, you will need a ditherfish anyway, something like a large tetra, congos, rainbows etc. or things like Silver Dollars and other larger characins would work fine.

i ahve already got one and he just sits behind filter and comes out every 5 mins has a swim round then goes back so they arent completly nocternal, i want to get more but my lfs has never had any more and i got my current one from pets at home wen he was about an inch long an they didnt know wat he was where can i get more? and so they breed easierly?

what size tank you got for them? they get bigggg and round..

mine is very active during the day - doesn't swim around much but is always out and about in the same area..but at night you can see the true action
