Guppy with a white lump on fin

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone knows what this is, so 2 of my guppies died and they had a single white spot/ lump on their fin , so I treated the tank with white spot medication, now another guppy has a lump on her fin , I’m now thinking it wasn’t white spot but I’m not sure what to do, please help!!!

Hi Colin, it’s like a lump type thing on the guppies tail, 2 have already died , I though it were white spot at first but now I’m thinking it’s something else

Looks like either a tumor or a cyst. No treatment for it.

If the lump is infectious then it is not weird.
