Guppy Tail

hi

i posted earlier on about my guppy http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/325398-too-much-flow/ now his tail has got worse over the last couple of hours its now missing 3 quarters of its back tail and you can only see the bones on the top 3 quartres

just wondered if it will be in pain and best to put it out its misery? he is not really swimming around he is staying at the bottom of the tank he was behind my wood but moved to the edge and staying there now
