Guppy needs help maybe

My female guppy dropped about 12 or so babies and looks like this is this normal

She looks unwell and might have had problems giving birth.

Make sure the water quality is good and maybe do a water change and gravel clean. Then add some rock salt (aka aquarium salt) to the tank. Add 1-2 heaped tablespoons of salt for every 20 litres of tank water. Keep salt in there for 2 weeks. See how she goes.
 
Yea, she looks very skinny. Have you seen her poop recently? I think that there is a good chance that she has internal parasites. If her poop is white and stringy then it's definitely parasites. I'm not a pro by any means, but in my experience most guppies that you buy from big box stores have parasites. Once you find out if her poop is white and stringy or not, then API general cure is something that has been very effective for me in the past with guppy parasites. Salt always helps guppies too.
