are guppy fry light little while/clear slithers with perhaps just a slight stripe which is probably their spine, and of course eyes?

just that I think my guppy are dropping sprogs.

Guppy fry are somewhat clear, eyes are visible too. Here's a pciture of my fry tank. There are fry young as newborns, month olds and even 4 month old fry.

Thanks for that, as it turns out I picked the largest guppy female who looked the most lathargic and put her in the breeding trap, sure enough a fry dropped out of her. That was the only one tho, the other 9 I have in my fry tank were ones I syphoned out of the main tank, seems she had dropped most of them before I noticed.

I've always left nature to take its course so I've only ever seen fry when they are 5mm long and more opaque, it was amazing to see the new born ones. Its a great experience but since with this batch I've interefered by removing them from the main tank I now feel responsible for them growing to adults... it were simpler just leaving them to it

My other fish in the sand tank were scavaging all round the bottom all night, think they had been feasting on the fry..... although I still have several that I can see in my sand tank..... I'm just going to leave them to it tho.
