Guppie death. Reason unknown.

I added 2 new guppies to a ten gallon tank with baby platies and amano shrimp. Then 4 days later one dies and the other has a couple chunks missing out of fins. What could have done that to her?

Can 2 female guppies fight or beat up each other?

I have a guppy/shrimp tank and have not seen my guppies fight, my ghost shrimp seem to leave the guppies alone too.

Stress can lead to aggression, and stress can come from a number of reasons
Water temperature, Unsuitable PH or water hardness, The obvious ammonia / nitrite or high Nitrate, Is the tank cycled?
Not enough oxygen in water, Water contains chlorine.
I have seen guppys nip each other before tbf.
