Growing Different Colours Of Montipora Sps Next To One Another

I have some lovely green SPS montipora confusa, can I grow some purpel coral next to it? Its a plating hard coral which doesnt extend any stinging polyps as far an I know!

yes they should grow next to each other without showing much irritation. Plating monti grows with the flow so if they are lose frags then you can make some interesting shapes my turning them round evey couple of months.
