How big is the Jack Dempsey?
If it's more than 4 inches long it's probably female. If it's only a couple of inches long then it's too small to tell because it hasn't matured yet.
Going off the anal fin I would say the green terror is male. The dorsal fin should be longer and straighter, the fish isn't good quality.
