Our tank suddenly turned a very cloudy green.  I was told we were overfeeding.  It was also located in front of a window with a northern exposure so we were told it should be moved.  We have now decreased the feeding and moved the tank but it is still cloudy.  It looks like suspended algae.  Any ideas or suggestions?  It is freshwater and got set up in late December.  I have done numerous water changes to no avail, also added an algae destroyer.

Hi there just thought that I would toss this ALGAE CONTROL article. This is a good place to start. If you still have trouble after doing the things in the article (it will take some time to fix) let me know and we can go from there. Rose 8)

Sound like you had a bit of any algae bloom. Getting it out the sun is a good start. I've read the article and it sounds like great advice for you. :)
