Gravel Turning White After Large Water Change

Did the water change stur something up which then settled ontop of the gravel?
I can't imagine it being precipitated calcium.
Could you put up your tank specs to give us a better idea of the tank?

Did you wash the gravel out properly when you put it in? It could just be dust from the gravel.

Are you vac-ing the gravel or just changing water?

yep always vac the gravel, tanks been up and running for a fair while. I`ll post the water stats on here tomorrow. Yeah could be limescale? how would i get rid of it? vac the gravel again? thanks, Mat.
