I brought 2 small kissing gouramis today, since adding them to my tank the golden gourami has been chasing them and wont let up. so much so that one kissing one is lying knackered under a rock, any ideas .
 
Can you seperate them as the stress won't be helping with a new fish just settling in.

Thank you for the advice, was too late for the one hidding as just found him. Have no way of seperating them
 
Sorry, i would see if he lfs will take the other one back, if you say what's going on in the ank.
 
Hi I read that if you separate the aggressive fish for a few days they sometimes stop picking. Try to get one of those breeders nets. They are really cheap at wal-mart and you won't have to remove the fish from the tank. :/
