I have a Blue Neon Dwarf Gourami which is defineatly a male, and judging by behaviour, a Flame Dwarf Gourami that is a male.
They bickered a bit when I first put the Flame in, but then calmed down. Now I notice that they are bickering more and more, especially after feeding time.
My flame has a bit of silver in it, and the dorsal fin is not pointed, which is why I believed it to be a female at purchase.
Anyhow, I'm wondering if adding a third or even a forth would solve the problem between the two, and if these guys would just hover around the top like at the pet store? Or, would it just become war? I know adding a female right now would be suicide for the two fish.
Best Regards,
