Goldfish With Bruises? New Colour I Dont Know But Im Worried

i noticed last night my goldfish had strange red discolouration on his back scales it looks sorta like a bruise? i dont know does anyone? im worried hes sick or something bad has happened

As far as I'm aware, fish don't cruise since their blood vessels aren't like ours. There will be something else going on here, can you give us some details on your tank and water stats?

He's in a one gallon tank I'm working on getting a bubbler in there he's with one little common goldfish and I feed then unfrozen krill

Could be an ulcer of some kind? You should probably post a picture.

A one gallon tank roughly 4 litres? too small for any type of fish, the water quailty must not be good, the bruises can be sign of that!
You must get a bigger tank, cycled and filtered!
