My silly goldfish are so large that I sometimes worrie that they will damage my other fish. I have seen them go after my baby cories. The goldfish seem not to care what gets in there way of food. I'm wondering if I got snails if they wouldn't digg them up and swallow them, same with oaches that are small. Sany ideas, I'm just wondering.

you have baby cories with goldfish ???? if i read that right.
you shouldn't mix coldwater with tropical fish they need different temperatures.

Corys thrive with goldfish, but fancy ones are better with corys as they don't swim as fast, if you are worried about the corys i would rehome them.

Well, apparently the tank stocking is
20 gallion
2- 2.5 pound fantails
6- pepper corydoras
3- zebra danio
5- glowlight tetra
1- pleco

Overstocking is probably the main problem, as AFAIK fancy goldfish do better in slightly higher temps.

But as far as the original qusetion goes, they'll probably go for anything that will fit in their mouths, eventually. Including the tetras, although the danios would probably be a bit too fast to be eaten.

about the tropical temp and cold fresh water it doesn't seem to bother them I think I have the temp on the thermo on green most of the time. I unfortunatly can't move the cories or goldfish out. I have one tank and a small 2 gallion? for sickly fish. The goldfish are fancy but they still bolt around after food. It's funny to watch them eat cause they jump from the tank their so eager for food.

The goldfish don't seem interested in the tetras or danio, some times they do unfortunatly chase the cories, only the small ones though. These fish are six yrs old so I dunno how long they will last. I had a black moore to and he grew to be about as large as my fist, but he was prone to fin rot and cloudy eye. I cured him about five times but the last time I guess it was just to much for him.

I'm saving up to buy a 55 gallon when I move out that is, mothers think that fish are pointless and are lowering my grades. I don't really think that works some how.

sorry i didn't really know that you could keep cories with goldfish.

so i learnt something today lol.

Different cories have different temperature requirements. Some, like peppereds, quite like it cool; others prefer it hotter. And, as already mentioned, some goldfish like warmer temperatures than others.
