Golden gourami problem

Just noticed that my golden gourami has a big lump(mass) on the one side of his body,it's grey in colour.Done anyone know what this may be.We've had the fish for about 4 months and is the only gourami with this problem.Any help would be very much appreciated.

Lumps can be cyst,tumours, parasites, bacterial, any flicking and rubbing, is the lump hard or soft like filled with fluid.

the lump is hard, no flicking and rubbing the fish other wise seems to be in good health
