wow, great price mine was £9.50 each
well i have one in with a bolivian ram, they were fighting in my 60l but have been upgraded to 125L.
i think it has settled down.

great pic also, min looks just like the one on the right

I used to have 2 male and 1 female, they did get along fine until the female died then the males was at it constantly..
Not long after they both died but i'm about 90% sure it was due to my pH slowely raising to 7.6 (as i'm pretty sure rams prefer lower)

I didnt notice the pH raise until it was too late :-(

But apart from that, very nice fish and i would certainly enjoy having another pair :good:

lovely fish , big personality for such a small fish . mine were territorial little so and sos tho . in the end they gotr so bad that 1 killed the other . so plenty of hiding places is a must imo

As long as you have a male and female in good condition they are a nice easy fish to breed.. I have bred them in the past(This picture) and currently have eggs hatching out off some beautiful golden rams.. They are lovely fish if bought from European breeders(Germany or Czech) the Asian rams are not nice looking fish in my opinion!
