Ive been taking care of these 4 glow fish zebra danios (had five but one died a few days after putting them into the tank :c ) for about 10 months now, and recently one of them has been behaving normally, (still eating and still swimming actively) however I've noticed when looking from above, the scales of it kinda look like there poking outwards a bit, and the belly of the fish is getting these weird red streaks. I dont have a quarantine tank I can set up atm so im keeping him in one of those molly breeder nets so the other fish dont pick on him. Any help would be appreciated.

Tank parameters:
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 10ppm
Ammonia: .10ppm (yes I know this is a bit high but my gravel vacuum wont arive for another few days or so)
pH: 7.6ppm (yes I know its also a little bit high but im slowly lowering it)

Tank has been set up for about 4 months

Other fish in the tank: 1 honey gourami

Sorry it was hard to get good pics, The red is really bad on one side, and non existent on the other.

You don't need a gravel vac to do a water change, cleaning the substrate is good, but with an ammonia reading, the important part is to change a good amount of the water to dilute what remains in the tank. You can use a jug of any kind to do this, even a pint glass would do in a pinch. You need to do a 75% water change, it can't wait a few days, those bloody streaks are usually caused by bad water parameters, and you're getting an ammonia reading. It needs water changing however you do it.
