Glass Diffuser Vs. Double Membrane Diffuser

I have always used glass diffusers on my pressurized c02 systems, and have had success with them. I recently saw a double membrane diffuser at my LFS for $22. Is there any clear performance difference between glass and membrane diffusers?

Never seen or used anything like that before. I guess if it achieves 100% diffusion, then you're going to get away with less gas to get the desired results?

I am looking at the double membrane diffuser my self.

If you get it, let me know, I'd be interested in that.

I am currently looking at getting the Turbo CO2 system and modifiying it to be fed from a 2 liter coke bottle (for my 55 gal).

I am wondering how the power head does vs the double membrane vs the homemade reaction chamber.

I used to Ceramic diffuser, it was no effective at all.

and now i'm using my special made reactor, DIY, it's very economical,

Just 1 per 2 min for a 55 US Gallon, 24 / 7

Any my Co2 range about 30/35 mg/l
