Glass cat stress?

I purchased a single glass cat from the LFS several months ago. I was assured at the time that he would be fine by himself. I have recently read from a couple of different sources that glass cats prefer small groups. Which is the correct opinion on this? Also, am I causing him harm by only having one of his species in the tank? To decrease his stress level, how many glass cats should I keep? Thanks in advance.

Yes, glass cats should be kept in groups, 3 at least. The more the better though, and i would recommend 6 or more if you have the space for it.
