Girls From Bloozoo

Hey,

Just got the two girls from bloozoo through this morning and they're beautiful They seem to have taken the journey really well, especially the little MG And they're settling in well

Here's some pics of the MG and one of the cute little CT. She was still a bit pale in this pic lol Sorry for the poor quality, i didn't want to pester them too much

Ah thanks Jess ! It's quite a nerve wracking thing posting fish and the first thing I though about this morning is wondering if they're not too cold - even though I wrapped them up as well as I could !
Glad they arrived safe and sound - even though the MG is looking a bit "clampy" and looking very stressed with her stripes - poor thing. Such a shame that she got stuck in the filter and sustained that fin damage, but I'm sure with some tlc that will grow back to their former glory !
Glad to see the little (or large!) crownie has coloured up too but I see her fins also got some damage in the post - though she should also be much brighter in a few hours - in her “normal state” her body is very light cream and her fins are bright red

Well i think the MG is lovely chewed up tail or not! And the stripes are actually breeding stripes not stress stripes. I have my little red HM male in a tank (about a foot!!) across from her and she could see him and i think she liked him I've moved him now though so she should lose those stripes soon.. Little madam!!

Thanks again for these girls! They're lovely and (hopefully, if all goes well!) they'll make a nice addition to my community tank
