Giant Otocinclus

My LFS sells what they call giant otocinclus. What is their scientific name? Or are they just a big version of regular otocinclus?

So called giant otos are from the species Parotocinclus
To differentiate between Parotocinclus and Otocinclus is comparatively easy as the former has an adipose fin while the latter does not.

the most commly sold "giant oto" is P.maculicauda
