Getting Fustrated

I am new on the forum and I was wondering when will I get my validation e-mail. It has been a week. Do you have to post so many times before you can get validated and be able to post on other topics? Thanks anyone for the help.

If you use a webmail based account (like hotmail) or have spam filters enabled, it may be worth checking to make sure it hasn't been sent to 'junk mail' by accident.
