I would just start using a fire extinguisher instead; much cheaper, larger capacity and better refill availability. I have the same kit and changed to FE as soon as the JBL bottle ran out and it has worked faultlessly since.
not the jbl ones no
most of the JBL regs will fit FE's.
My JBL Profi 2 (the predecessor to the M602) fits FEs fine, I'm running one at the moment. This ebay auction(http/www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JBL-m602-Full-Pressurised-Co2-Set-Up-plus-extras-/150632323920#ht_500wt_1413) shows a pic of an M602 reg attached to an extinguisher if that allays any fears.
Who ever refills FE's will refill your jbl bottle, look in yellow pages or on the net for your local fire saftey installers and they should be able to help you out.Or Maidenhead Aquatic store's have an exchange service. £15 at my local one.
Last time I had mine refilled the local FE place did it for free. Also some gas suppliers offer the service, I paid £10 for one once.
So just surf the net and you should find someone.
