funny white stuff all over his mouth

Hi Please can someone tell what this is....


My angelfish has this funny white stuff all over his mouth. Is this fungus or ICK or

Sounds like flexibacter columnaris, a.k.a. mouth fungus. A websearch will turn up tons of info on this nasty disease.
