Hi, I have had this fungus looking like thing growing on my anubias since a month ago or two. Does anyone know what it may be and how to heal them?

It's a red-cherry with snails tank, if that matters for the treatment.

If you can lift it out of the tank, dunk it in a mix of bleach at 20 parts water to bleach. Give it 5 minutes and you should be rid of it.
I just did this to an Amazon Sword that had long straggly black bear algae. Dunked it, then scrubbed all the affected leaves with a toothbrush.
It works well on hard leaved plants especially such as anubias.
Just make sure you give the finished plant a good rinse off or you may just kill everythiing in the tank.

I’ve read different threads about a thing called rhizome rot? That it is a bacteria in the water that can affect anubias, buce, and plants that have rhizomes. Idk how true that is? But can’t seem to ever find a definitive answer
