Hey everyone i just wanted to see what you thought this may be..... i happened to get a glance of him tonight and i see all these little discolored "bumps" on each side of my gourami as well as on the fins.... as of 3-5 days ago nothing . SO i am a bit concerned bc i have many other fish in this tank and i would like to remove it to quarintine as soon as possible if it it something that looks like it may spread through out the tank. I added salt to treat whatever i can for now.. but any help right now would be GREEAT!
So here are som pics to show (as best as i could) what it looks like)

Hope these pics will help

Thanks everyone :(

They look like grey bumps to me which can mean parasite, or bacteria, any flicking and rubbing or laboured breathing, how many gallon is the tank, plus water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph, how many fish and which type.

its a 75 gallon tank with just a variety of fish, check my signature. as far as my water stats they are perfect. i have never had a water problem... there is no flicking rubbing or anything. his behavior is fine. Thats what i find rather odd. At first i though tmaybe just a few popped scales that somehow got infected... but its just too many.

Thanks

If you can issolate i would try a bacteria med on him, with grey markings can be parasite or bacterial, just check his gills, any laboured breathing.
