Can you put a fry net in the top of a 60l biorb?

I thin my dwarf Gourmi could be pregenet. She looks a bit larger and my male keeps trying to make a buble nest.

The fry would be better off being raised in another tank. Because they need to be fed a fair amount per day and need the space to grow. Also frequent water changes have to be done on the fry tank.
But because they are trying to breed in a community tank, that usually means that there won't be too much fry come out of the deal. The male will protect the nest, but with all those other fish in there it won't be easy.
