Fry Dividers/nets

Do you mean to catch th fry or to construct something to hold them in....In any case I dont see why not provided they are new and haven't been washed with detergents, softeners etc.

1st off, buy brand new tights and wash them thoroughly with hot water, but WITHOUT soap. using just water should remove any harmful things in the tighhts from manufacturing

are you going to split the tank in half or try to make a little cage? if you want a cage, just get one of these, its not that expensive http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_det...&N=2030071&Ne=2

as for this, i bought one of these, it's ok. i havn't used it for a fry net yet, but i DO use it as a refugium for a picked on/new fish until it feels comfortable with the tank setup and mates before it goes free. seems to work like a charm for me.

a little off topic...

after my blueram is done aclimating i will be putting my female guppy in there to give birth. the babies are going to be gorgeous. i KNOW who the father is because i chose him. the females weren't pregnant and were in together with ONLY other females. when i bought them, only 2 were left and i bought them both. they were labled blue tuxedo, superdelta fancy guppies or something like that. the male looks to be an endler hybris as he shows colors of the endler on the sides (blue/purple-steel with green and orange lines) and had a nice orangeish-red tale with black dots in it (until the females ate his tail). i can't wait!!!

im making a tank divider but the holes in it are too small and not getting any circulation in there, so if i drill them biiger theyl be too big for the fry, so ill put tights over them.
