Today I was looking at frozen peas but all the packs had sugar in the them, so will these do if i wash them or sock the peas in water to take the sugar out.

Yes that what i thought? but looking in tesco and asda reading the information all had sugar between 1.20 3.25 grams something about the daily in take, unless i was reading it wrong.

Ohh, that's just natural sugars from the peas, most (if not all) fruits, veggies, and plants will have some amount of sugar stored naturally. I looked at this site, and the serving size for peas is 100 grams. 1-3 grams of sugar out of 100 grams of pea is hardly anything at all. Those peas will be perfectly fine as is, don't worry about removing the sugar.
