where can i get a dwarf frog for my 30l tank from either online for the UK or in the midlands locally

Sorry I can't help wit that, but they do like to be in groups. 3+.

Sorry, I'm not sure. Just make sure you get African dwarf frogs instead of African clawed frogs. They are often labled wrong at lfs's. If the front feet are webbed than they are adfs, but if not they are acfs. Acfs get very big and they need thier own tank.
