Friendly Tetras

Just a quick question. I have a 29 gallon community and I would like to add a nice school of tetras (preferably 10+) I have a few guppies with nice pretty tails and I want to know a tetra that isn't a fin-nipper. I really liked the long fin red minor tetras but apparently they tear fish fins up. 
 
Any ideas?

i think bleeding heart tetras are pretty peaceful but wait until someone with more experience confirms this

well theres many types, my favorie are rummys and glowlights although id say glowlights are more suited for your tank size.

All depends on the type of tetra, but also depends on how many you have of that type so make sure schooling numbers are adequate.
Could always look at the popular Neon/Cardinal for colour/friendliness.

Some beautiful tetras are cardinals, pristella, congo, diamond, lemon and the ever popular bleeding heart and neon tetras!

i personally like the rummynose tetras. I have a school of 11 of them, and the redness of their faces shows you how good the quality of your water is!
