I'm doing an Excell sheet on food modelling, and to make sure everything is all okely dokely and will work, I'm making it so you can only edit one of the basic ingredients (probably the flour). One list I've found is

180 g butter
200 g icing sugar
60 g plain flour
120 g ground almonds
5 large egg whites

This apparently makes 10. If anyone else has a recipie, can you please list the above ingredients and quantity, and how many the recipie says they make. Thanks :)

EDIT- Sizewise, about enough to 3/4 fill a standard paper muffin case with the mix. IE, muffin size when cooked.

EDIT 2- Another recipie lists

185g butter, melted
125g almond meal
6 egg whites, beaten lightly
240g icing sugar mixture
75g plain flour

Makes 12

Which is pretty much the recipie I first used. But if anyone can confirm that the second recipie has better proportions, that would be handy.
