If No-one takes them, why not donate them to one of the tanks @ Walsgrave. I have donated fish to them in the past. I know the CRM will take fish

They did have a habit of chasing other fish in my tank quite alot. There a loach so ideally they aught to be in a group of 6 or more. I used to have 6 but just those two left i gave to you. Awefull shame your moving them on so soon.

You sure there nipping? I never had issues with them nipping in my tank

I've got a group of 8 already - so the other 2 should fit right in.

In a decent shoal they tend to chase each other and ignore other fish.

I've seen then whisker other fish, but (touch wood) I've yet to see them nip/nibble fins.
