Fluval e series problem

I have 3 fluval e 300 series heaters,I noticed one of them has condensation in the lcd screen, is that normal?

Yeah sometimes they get moisture build up on the glass inside them.

If you can take the heater apart easily, then you can let it dry, but normally you just leave it. If your concerned, return it to the store and swap it for another.
