Flowerhorn

Hi my LFS has some baby flowerhorn me and are stunning!
Can they not be housed with anything at all ?
I have a breeding pair of jack dempseys, silver sharks etc.
they only about 2” but I’ve fallen in love with them and want one so bad

First question, what size tank are you working with?

Flowerhorns are one of the most difficult fish to add in as tank mates because their aggression level goes from anywhere between somewhat docile to serial killers.

I'd say minimum tank size with other fish would be a 6ft, 125 gallon..... and even that may not work since cichlids have their own personality,

Flowerhorns seem to be best kept in a tank to themselves. They usually have enough personality for a whole tank.
