Flourish fundamentals pack

Hello to everyone...
I am trying to bring life back into my plants. Does anyone use the F F pack. Flourish, iron, and excel.
What do you all use?

Of those three, I don't know much about iron, but I do know that excel should not be used if there are fish in the tank. It's main ingredient is glutaraldehyde, a powerful disinfection which is used, amongst other things, to disinfect surgical instruments and in embalming fluid.

If by Flourish you meand the Comprehensive Supplement for a Planted Tank, that contains most of the trace elements needed by plants and is a good fertiliser - I use it

How often do you dose? Once a week or more?

I use only Flourish Comprehensive Supplement, and because I have mainly slow growing plants I use half a dose once a week.

I don't use Iron or Excel.
