Fishless cycle

I have been fishless cycling for 28 days, adding ammonia every day, but my readings are exactly where they were a week ago

Ammonia 0.1
Nitrite 2
Nitrate 25

If I start with a small shoal, are there any fish that are OK in these levels or do I need to give it another week?

personally I would keep at it. If you add fish now and they don't like it then you will have a load of hassle to deal with.

danios are a hardy fish that some people use when cycling their tanks.....but,as you have been patiently fishless cycling,I would say....keep going. All good things come to those who wait. You will have happier and healthier fish in the long run if you get your tank cycled before adding your fish.Good luck.xx.
