Hi,
I am just over two weeks into my first fishless cycle (add and wait method) and things seem to be going ok so far. Ammonia is dropping to zero in 24 hours but nitrites are still high. I am adding 3-4ppm of ammonia daily now, in the evening and have started testing for ammonia and nitrite every 12 hours now. pH has crashed so I added just under one teaspoon of bicarb this evening (23l tank). If I get chance in the morning I will test the pH aswell as the ammonia to see if the bicarb has brought my pH up again. Here's my log so far.

Welcome to the forum Dave G.
It looks to me as if you are doing just fine. You have quickly moved from the initial condition to your nitrite spike phase.
