Oh gosh, I was cleaning the aquarium when I found out a tetra got stock behind the filter that moves the water in the aquarium and collects the crap. Poor guy must of been traped alive and died slowly!.

I also found out one of my silver hatchets is missing, and I have a hood with some tiny wholes for air lines only!

What the hell, crappy day :-(

:rip:

Oh man....so sorry to hear that Spanair...... I've been reading alot of posts where people found fish on the floor or in their filters that they didnt even know were missing. I count all my fish daily now. And it seems like fishy suicide is at a very high rate lately. A friend of mine lost an 8 inch frontosa that leaped out of a hole in the lid less than an inch wide. :dunno: . I saw the big fish--it's amazing that it got out of such a small hole.

AAAAACCK!!! Sorry to hear about that!!!!
Glad none of my fronts could get out....no holes

Tell me about it, it sucks!. I juts feal sorry for the guy as he must of tried and tried to get out whilst I was on the computer or maybe watching tv and he slowly died. Awfull fealing.

But he had the best home he could have for the time he was in the aquarium.

I'll be getting 3 more tetras this weekend, making it 12 :D.

same thing happened to me, I bought 8 neons only to find one missing everyday and when i decided to check my filter they were all in there dead, i have about 3 left and hopefully they will learn to stay away from the filter
