Fish Infections

Hey everyone!
we got a new tank set up it, the water is perfect and clear, tested it twice before putting in fish and the filter is working and the temp is fine!! I am new to this.. we got 2 Black Skirt Tetras and I think they is a swim bladder problem. One died and the other one we just gave a epsom bath too. Anything else I should do?
Secondly, we added 2 bala sharks into our new tank, we’ve had them for 2 weeks before moving. Yesterday I woke up to one dead out of no where. The other one was shaking and twitching horribly, I ran and got some tablets for infection. Does anyone know what is going on with my tank?

What to do if your fish gets sick

If your fish ever looks sick or unwell, then the following steps might help. Test the Water and Clean the Tank. Test the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH and write the results down in numbers. Check it for general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH) too if you can, but...

tell us how long tank has been set up for
tell us how often you clean the tank and how you do it
tell us how long you have had the fish for
tell us what other fish are in the tank
tell us what symptoms the fish are showing

Also tell us how big the tank is - bala sharks need pretty big tanks.
