platies and guppies love vegetables ;) Just blanch them and put them in your tank and you will see them "pecking" at the cucumber/lettuce/courgette . Takes them a few days to eat it all though :D

william told me about brocilli, so i tryed it out , and my fish loved it,

I've been feeding my silver dollars blanched and chopped courgette this past week. They love it and actually seem happier!

2 questions:

How do you blanch food and what type of blanches veggies would clown loaches eat?

Also, would giving fish crane flies be a good idea (not for the fly of course)

Blanching is a 'quick' boil and I think you can pretty much try any green vegetable - see what they like :)

Don't know what crane flies are but I wouldn't
